Join us for the annual HAWAI'I ISLAND PA'INA Benefit Dinner hosted by MERRIMAN’S WAIMEA!
This dinner experience will showcase dishes from MERRIMAN's HAWAI'I - Peter Merriman's COOKBOOK where guests will have the opportunity to taste how these dishes are created.
The evening will begin with pūpū in the garden, from the Schwenker, including:
Roasted Suckling Pig
Slow Roasted Kahua Ranch Lamb
Kabocha Pumpkin
As a special treat, 14-time Nā Hōkū Hanohano award winner, Mark Yamanaka will provide live entertainment in the garden during the cocktail hour!
Dinner will be served Family Style, and the menu will blow your mind!!
